Ive never heard managers being excited about a training program cause most of them are useless So I take the story with a grain of salt :D And I think at the end of the day the training program needs to be spectacular and add an actual value so that people automatically talk about it So I would focus more on that instead of trying to play psychology games with employees which probably doesn't work cause people are not so dumb

I'm probably crazy, but i do know when I volunteered to be on an employee recognition committee, the only option that defaulted off the table was the only one that mattered: additional compensation I was so surprised when the HR person agreed that compensation was the best option, just that they wanted to include a print of positive descriptions of the person from others in the company

Al Crear el pr1m3r model0 3xpr3s1v0 F3m3n1N0 como Adan, una energia que nunca fue femenina para empezar pone a Adan en un Su3ñ0 profundo y despierta varon, su d1s3ñ0 era p3rfecto con habilidades femeninas pero al despertar hay una mujer que usurpó su derecho a habilidades femenninas por su supuesto parecer a la idea de una mujer, y aqui es obvio que esa mujer su femenidad es aparentemente incuestionable y el varon que era femenino en un principio ahora se le achaca desmostrar lo masculino que nunca su energia fue lo masculino, hoy en día se todavia al varon se le ha llevado a un extremo donde ha violentado a la mujer y avergonzado por no cumplir lo que se supone que deberia de demostrar en sentido masculino, mientras que la mujer conciente que las habilidades femeninas de ese cuerpo de mujer le permite manejar un lenguaje emocional que invoca energia independiente de lo que salga de su boca deja al hombre vulnerable porque en su afan de demostrar energia de lo masculino es evidente que algo se distorsiona y ya no es una idea que se comprende en su totalidad y esta abominación que aparenta mujer le permite una ventaja evolutiva sobre algo que el varon ignora sobre él mismo, esta omisión le ha permitido a la mujer el arte de manipulación de lo energetico y todavia piensa y lo trata como magia, hechizo y brujeria y cuando tiene que confrontar las consecuencias como la violencia de un hombre que es cuestionado por algo irreal como proclamarse lo masculino cuando siempre fue y sera lo femenino original es obvio que tiene que defender su verdad contra lo mujer que usurpa derecho ha las habilidades femeninas que al hombre se le robó, la evidencia de que el hombre ha violentado a la mujer atraves de la historia de la humanidad nos ha condicionado a la permanente conflicto de intereses pues se usa los perjuicios y expectativas anticipadas de un modelo expresivo sin identidad genuina y se le considera algo que debe de demostrar y ahora ya hasta masculinidad toxica es una de las muchas propagandas de marketing irresponsable para abrirle paso a la mujer con romantizar su idea que es y fue del var0n para empezar y s3r esa mano que mece la cuna o la que jala los hilos energeticos que han llevado al hombre a ser negado sus hijos, a ser fuente de producir lo economico, trabajo pesado, exponerse y arriesgar su bien estar para comprobar un estatus social que este sujeto a expectativas romantizada a extremos inecesarios donde ha sido visto como un abusador de varias dimensiones por encajar en lo masculino que es algo irreal, ilogico e incoherente y ya sabemos los estragos de estos estados algoritmicos de procesamiento neuronal ha desencadenado a favor de un trato hoy superior y especial de lo que aparentemente es la mujer

I really do love this concept of creating demand, However, I think we must consider the equity implications of voluntary Doing extra things for no extra compensation or benefits This is often how we get a homogeneous table of innovations bc when the questions to volunteer is asked historically intentionally and traditionally marginalized people groups may want to volunteer but have so many other things to consider that take precedence that people groups who have long benefited from the privileges of whiteness might not even consider Something to think about

I like the concept of working with those who are invested and committed to work Organizational change is often tied to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging How do you ensure that there is equity in the room? Often people of color and underrepresented populations are often pulled in as volunteers Coming from a historical population that has been exploited when it comes to labor, How do you create a space of equity if those that show up are the less compensated and often marginalized? Great Talk!!!

I think this is an excellent idea I wish the organizations I've been a part of and the one now offered this training Unfortunately, now I'm too old (born at the end of 80), but I see the reasoning It's not to exclude older individuals but to offer the development we wish we had at that age, so they aren't stumbling in the dark and can encourage the next group
