Not giving any gas and slowly letting go of a clutch is a sure way to stall, especially on 250 Dont be afraid to hold the throttle at around 3k rpm as you're letting go the clutch

It's important to note that not all bikes will start rolling just by releasing the clutch Some need you to give a little gas as you release the clutch
