Education in the USA is not broken I have seen our teachers in action and they are very good at their jobsbrbrIn some demographics, the KIDS are really terrible, and that is what we hear about, but most schools do a good jobbrbrI am not convinced that the Federal Department of Education has benefitted our education system Mostly, they just added another layer of regulations and requirments that took a lot of resources and had minimal benefit Education is handled well enough at the state and local level
