When he closes the Dept of Education and make the States take that responsibility, how will the States pay the Teachers, buy the books, keep up the schools and all the other expenses involved? Trump wants the States to take over, how will the people pay the cost? You don't hear him saying he will transfer the money needed do you? So the public schools will close so that rich people can build more private schools, so THEY can get the federal funding, and the kids are forced to go to private/charter schools while parents will have to drive the kids to school and pick them up (since there will be no buses) Sounds like a money/power hungry thing
