in 2010, I brought 70 acres of land in Ohio for $14,000 with mineral rights conveyance I was able to sell the timber on the land for $17,000 and contacted a natural gas company that was interested in doing natural gas exploration I signed a 5-year renewable lease with the fueling company and they paid me a deposit of $120k and I earn royalties averaging around $3,500 a month (that fluctuates with gas prices) With the capital I receive from the timber and the deposit from the natural gas company, I was able to put down a deposit on a home and the royalties pay for my mortgage Now I have equity in my house and 70 acres of land Comment from : @JWW10666 |
