Put some tape on the affected leg, for a visual cue, instead of tapping it over and over, otherwise it is a great video

Thank you for this video my wife is in rehab after a significant stroke leaving her left side dense or effected but is now starting to stand but has exactly the problems you describe and not able to walk as yet So I will start helping her to do this exercise She is using a Sarah Stedy to stand so will be able to hold onto the bar and shift her weight

I had a surgery on my neck and after the surgery I had a stroke It affected my left side so I'm trying to find out how I can work on getting my balance back So I googled some exercises and saw u doing ur videos I have problems with my balance, knee hypertension, & the hand folding up as well it's pain goes from my shoulder all the way to my hands It's very painful

My husband had a serious brain aneurysm and stroke 3 years ago He has come a long way in his recovery an is still receiving physiotherapy 3 times a week He cannot sit up on his own nor can he move his legs He is not motivated to any extra exercises recommended to do on his own Sometimes I feel he doesn't really understand how important the exercises are For example I am the one who stumbled on your very interesting videos My husband is not interested What can I do?
