I used 2 1lb wrist weights and had add Velcro straps I ordered wrist and ankle weights from Amazon They wouldn't fit around my wrists and ankles and I'm not big Thanks for posting this video, I need to keep doing it

Hello Sir, I'm currently dealing with the aftermath of a stroke I used to sing before the stroke, but for some reason, I'm finding it difficult now Breathing while singing has become a challenge, and even when I'm not attempting high notes, I still struggle to sing properly On a positive note, I can still discern if I'm hitting the right noteDo you have any insights as to why this might be happening? Or any suggestions for exercises that could potentially help me regain my singing ability? Hope you notice this 🙏
