I just had 2 level anterior posterior lumbar fusion I developed drop foot prior to surgery The nerve on the sagittal image of the L5-S1 was completely compresses I have had surgery 3 weeks ago I am a high level albeit older athlete My gait is destroyed This video is "EXACTLY" the thing I need at this exact time I have severe dropfoot and aphasia on the left side so I used a band to hold it in doors flex I will use your PT at this stage I need you and I thank you

I absolutely love this video My husband have had a ton of physical therapist and not one of them have been able to get him to walk post TBI I am so glad to have found this video and you also I believe this is going to make a world of difference You have targeted what I see is my husbands issue and had the step by step on helping him I truly believe this is going to work I am going to start with step one as soon as I am done thanking you on this post I will keep you posted on his progress Once again thank you🙏

I can't remember how to walk, after surgeries and being non weight baring for month's I can only walk with crutches or a walker I'm starting Physical Therapy next week

I've been through physiotherapy for over 18 months and I still struggle to walk normally This being said, Icould stand up again just 2 months after the stroke I find that the process is slow, knowing that I had high hopes as to my quick recovery! I know that going for walks can be very helpful, but still the exercises you're proposing can be very useful shortcutting the problem that so many like me struggle with thank you for being so concise and explicit

I just found these today after an ent appt I've had vertigo or cerebral ataxia post THC and TR in january glad I found more videos to help for rehab! I used to ride my bike to work and would love to achieve that goal as well as being able to hike as well as working without restrictions as a nurse in a busy pacu

Excellent so far (I am only at minute 7:15) but I stopped just to mention that I did not see the wedge until a few seconds ago The floor is black or almost black, the wedge is black and your shoe is black There is a red line that marks how far the video is at that point (it falls almost exactly on your foot) There is a closed caption obscuring your foot All these things conspire to keep me from seeing a wedge It might be helpful if you redo this to put some yellow tape on the wedge and lift up the wedge and say "I am putting a wedge under my toe now" That way one can see that there is something under your foot! Thanks!

Quality movement is the best I learned how to walk quickly after a stroke 3 years ago but still don't walk properly because of poor learned habits, like swinging out the leg and lifting the hip of the my affected right leg Learning the properbr techniques is helping me walk so much better but its hard to unlearn the badbr habits Your videos are really helping Thank you!!😂

Your comments at the end are correct I have mild CP and I have walked 3 miles a day many times in my life (the loop at my parents’ house was 15 miles and I would go twice) But it only improved quality of movement insofar as it improved strength and maintained flexibility Now I am just lying in bed doing nothing other than flexing and relaxing my knee and ankle over the edge, and I can see how it should help quality of movement since right now, my ankle barely dorsiflexes up Thank you
