I find these videos frustrating as someone that has not had a Stoke, their movements are very different I would like to see Tara bring someone in to do these exercises with their restrictions I am grateful for the information however as a stroke survivor I am putting in a suggestion

Can you discuss the importance of rest after stroke? And discuss about how many hours of rehabs day br a person should do physically, maybe someone who’s in their 30s versus their 40s etc

Love it thanks Dr T back to laying a strong foundation for walking am walking but still hyper extending and my leg is stiff using the skateboard and gym ball technique but I'm loving this progression Was praying for you when you didnt upload a video last Sunday I'm glad to know that your fine Have a blessed week!

A few questions, appreciate your recommendationsbr1- on “roll on stomach” I can’t lift my affected leg while bending the knee for 90 degrees I Can just lift the leg for a few degrees with no knee-bending Should I continue practicing in this way or return back to which exercises?br2- In the “rotating” exercise, should we only move brthe unaffected leg? the reason? br3- Is it right or totally wrong if practising the recommended exercises for both of the affected & unaffected sides?
