This is called a self-directed 401k and you can buy an investment property within your 401k but you can’t live in the property

This sounds amazing but how old is this video? I do real estate in New Jersey and New York and at the moment barely anybody is accepting FHA‘s right now unless it’s a highly undesirable home you’re going to get hit from Uncle Sam through your 401(k) and possibly come tax time On paper that sounds like a great idea but it’s not even doable
