I filed for a Increase and I got it but they made a mistake and gave me two ratings for 1 disability I was assigned a VSO and he's helping me a claim for Tinnitus When the VA made the mistake and notified me and my VSO they told my VSO to apply me for TDIU and a SMC and the VSO told me that that's VERY RARE for them to recommend applying for itbrI called him a week ago cause I was feeling that it wasn't going to get the approved rating he told me since the VA recommended it my odds are Very Highright out of his mouth! Questionreceived my 100 P&T other day States what is granted (service connected) and also P&T is granted however, it also states that "the decision whether the veteran is competent is deferred" What's that mean? Also in decision letter it states "There is no evidence of record that shows that you are unable to manage your financial affairs(38 CFR 3353) The issue of whether you can be considered competent is deferred for the following information:Additional Development Required Any thoughts would be helpful and appreciated Thanks a Million!
