Took all my silver and traded it in for junk silver Got something to barter with, preserve my wealth in, coin of the realm, low premiums, and premiums will more than likely go up like pre 1933 gold did over time since they aren’t made anymore thats a 5 for 1 imo Junk silver ONLY 🙅🏽‍♂️ besides the 100oz bar i have just to show to friends/family lol

Junk silver is the best way to stack silver and accumulate ounces at close to spot or at spot If you want to pay premiums and 9 dollars over spot for silver eagles follow this guy who made this video Ask him what his cost average is? And the only metal mixed with 90 silver is copper which gold a small value as well, there are no other metals in junk silver I stack junk silver and I don’t believe the end of the world is coming Silver is def silver 👍

Up until a couple of years ago there were several vendors, at local gun shows, who had two prices for their antique guns: one price for "paper", and another (discounted price) if payed with US silver coins! Also, back in 1973, during the "oil crisis" the price of gas doubled/tripled in price At least two gas stations (as seen on national news) still sold gas at the old price if payed for with US silver coins

You're absolutely right, I only have a few of these older coins I just bought because they looked in good condition and some older dates, I know I will never have to buy a chicken dinner with them but I will sell them and buy gas for my retirement adventures

It's not a popular notion, but get a jewelry Tumbler and it'll come out nice and shiny I don't like the grime either, 100 years of sweat from being in the front pocket next to someone's sweaty junk (Maybe that's why it's called "Junk" silver?) I am in the camp of cleaning the constitutional silver

At the moment it depends US isn't the bargain it once was I'm picking up 90 quarters below spot if you look around But US junk without a huge premium is rare right now Once you realise that it's 10 impure compared to a 1oz maple or britannia the price on a roll of Roosevelt dimes or Kennedy 90 halves sucks Mexican is equally outrageousbrbrBut I am seeing bargains in Canadian and Dutch I'm even picking up 925 British only 3 over spot which is incredible considering most of it got melted to pay for WW2 weapons, food and equipment from America and is thus as rare as Saudi Arabia women's swim team Olympic gold medalsbrbrAn example I just picked up a junk "Collection" of 4 CAD 80 Dollars, a US 1923 Peace and a UK 1935 50 rocking horse crown for £70 I also picked up a cloggie 1965 2 1/2 Guilden 72 for about $7 But you really need to search and be lucky

Great video, as always, Stormy I think of constitutional silver as a way of preserving my 999 silver I like having it as a way to sell off in case of an emergency for quick cash Kind of like I see fractional gold as a way to protect my big gold (if I actually had any - but hopefully soon!) Like anything, a diverse stack is a strong stack

I wash my 90 in rubbing alcohol It is not reactive (safe) to the silver, removes the "grime", and even brightens the finish a bit Hand sanitizer will work similarly br🥈🦍💎✋🚀

Its not junk to me My fave kind of 'bullion" i like the beauty (love the look of circulated coinage) history (mainly obsolete 90 for me) liquidity now and if there's ever a collapse I'm in the never say never camp as far as societal collapse goes The political/inflationary landscape is going through harsh changes imo I'm not a doom and gloomer, digging a bunker type dude though brTo each his own, everyone is different in some way and that's fine by me

My problem with junk silver is that in the event you need to use them to barter you're going to have to hope that whoever your trading with believes you when you say that they contain silver and that they don't get stuck on their face value

Only problem is it’s not much cheaper or not cheaper at all , when you can get 1oz rounds for 2850 and still have to pay 22 times face for junk , I love the walkers but they usually are 23/24 times face
