Junk silver is all I buy Comment from : @MikeJones-nf4ke |
Took all my silver and traded it in for junk silver Got something to barter with, preserve my wealth in, coin of the realm, low premiums, and premiums will more than likely go up like pre 1933 gold did over time since they aren’t made anymore thats a 5 for 1 imo Junk silver ONLY 🙅🏽♂️ besides the 100oz bar i have just to show to friends/family lol Comment from : @Gold_Silver |
Is 21 times over face too much to pay for junk silver ? My LCS has an abundant of silver dimes at this price Comment from : @greggclemeaux2593 |
Junk silver is the best way to stack silver and accumulate ounces at close to spot or at spot If you want to pay premiums and 9 dollars over spot for silver eagles follow this guy who made this video Ask him what his cost average is? And the only metal mixed with 90 silver is copper which gold a small value as well, there are no other metals in junk silver I stack junk silver and I don’t believe the end of the world is coming Silver is def silver 👍 Comment from : @dominickmarino6680 |
calling those coins junk is wrong ! i predict in 2062 you will be able to trade 2 franklin halves and a barber dime for 1 chicken and two rabbits Comment from : @ridgerunner7980 |
Yea you should buy! Comment from : @konnect7774 |
I stacked a mix of silver including 90 However gold has gotten me more excited recently Going to focus on putting a variety of gold in capsules Will go back to some silver once I put away a few more ounces Comment from : @jasonchatham4170 |
Up until a couple of years ago there were several vendors, at local gun shows, who had two prices for their antique guns: one price for "paper", and another (discounted price) if payed with US silver coins! Also, back in 1973, during the "oil crisis" the price of gas doubled/tripled in price At least two gas stations (as seen on national news) still sold gas at the old price if payed for with US silver coins Comment from : @jackbartlett5460 |
Good to have some dimes (unless you have a lot of chickens) Comment from : @DudeAutonomy |
What's the matter with you Blah blah blah It's your stack You gotta do you stormy br But I like em American historic treasure and I don't mind getting my hands dirty Comment from : @martinharris7197 |
They make 1000 different kinds of silver rounds a day They make zero 90 junk a day There will come a day when the premiums on junk will far far outweigh that of silver rounds OR government bullion Comment from : @JustSomeRandomGuyOnYouTube |
Ignorance is bliss! Lucky for you, you have no concept of numbers, monetary policy, Fiat currencies and history, or obviously even the current economy of other countries Comment from : @jbgant8513 |
Junk silver will always be desirable and easy to sell Comment from : @silverchimp5045 |
🐒🐒 Comment from : @silverchimp5045 |
Dont stack it send it to meand shutup Comment from : @JoseAguilar-dv2nd |
You're absolutely right, I only have a few of these older coins I just bought because they looked in good condition and some older dates, I know I will never have to buy a chicken dinner with them but I will sell them and buy gas for my retirement adventures Comment from : @danganz8153 |
I like buying 90 when spot price threw the roof its a cheaper way to keep adding silver to stack when prices are highand i usually get the halves because they look closer to a 1 oz coin, Comment from : @jerseyflips7804 |
U have it ,to bartered with having junk ,Pure, Thanks Again for your advice Colorado Silverback777 Comment from : @mikehernandez264 |
Keep saying it sucks and don't stack it so I can still find it at a good price lol Comment from : @moderndayennui4999 |
Sup spidey 300 Comment from : @maxmaxmaxmax427 |
Grimy 😂 Comment from : @tridentstacking |
To me silver eagles is junk silver Love the classic coins Comment from : @ricktempleton3107 |
It's not a popular notion, but get a jewelry Tumbler and it'll come out nice and shiny I don't like the grime either, 100 years of sweat from being in the front pocket next to someone's sweaty junk (Maybe that's why it's called "Junk" silver?) I am in the camp of cleaning the constitutional silver Comment from : @nickdifrancesco5468 |
I'm like Batman Junk silver takes up one spot on my utility belt I also have bars, fractional, Maples, Libertads, Britanniais and so forth Everything together makes you prepared for anything Damn this belts heavy! Comment from : @Chitown-Silver |
For investment NO Comment from : @james2000_l |
At the moment it depends US isn't the bargain it once was I'm picking up 90 quarters below spot if you look around But US junk without a huge premium is rare right now Once you realise that it's 10 impure compared to a 1oz maple or britannia the price on a roll of Roosevelt dimes or Kennedy 90 halves sucks Mexican is equally outrageousbrbrBut I am seeing bargains in Canadian and Dutch I'm even picking up 925 British only 3 over spot which is incredible considering most of it got melted to pay for WW2 weapons, food and equipment from America and is thus as rare as Saudi Arabia women's swim team Olympic gold medalsbrbrAn example I just picked up a junk "Collection" of 4 CAD 80 Dollars, a US 1923 Peace and a UK 1935 50 rocking horse crown for £70 I also picked up a cloggie 1965 2 1/2 Guilden 72 for about $7 But you really need to search and be lucky Comment from : @gunnargundersen3787 |
I like junk silver because they're sold at better costs💯 Comment from : @stlouisix3 |
Morgan Dollars are not junk silver!!! Comment from : @micheltremblay8207 |
Hey I'll buy constitutional silver and stack the s#^ outta itas long as I can get it at the right price Comment from : @micahmiller8769 |
👀 I love a little junk in the trunk Comment from : @floridastacker |
Yes!! You should buy anything silver! brbrI’m not a financial advisor!! Comment from : @CapitalCurrency |
Junk silver can be a great buymake sure you know the math to converte spot price to face value to know if your getting a fair deal Comment from : @HDDynalowrider |
The only person that can save me during the apocalypse is Jesus however 90 junk silver is my favorite because the sweet lady at the pawnshop sells it to me just right Comment from : @theblindsilverstacker4795 |
I stack 90 because for me 100 silver dimes or 40 silver quarters or 20 silver halves is more impressive than 7 ASE’s, cheaper too Plus I like to play with it Though, yes you have to wash your hands afterwards lol Comment from : @kingmagpie666 |
Great video, as always, Stormy I think of constitutional silver as a way of preserving my 999 silver I like having it as a way to sell off in case of an emergency for quick cash Kind of like I see fractional gold as a way to protect my big gold (if I actually had any - but hopefully soon!) Like anything, a diverse stack is a strong stack Comment from : @phraktl |
You like what you like, I'm not mad at you Comment from : @richardlovett4958 |
One of my favorite types of silver to stack It’s what started my silver stacking journey I love me some chicken! Comment from : @smittyscoins5009 |
Love my constitutional silver My first silver I ever started collecting /stacking Most of who I know don’t buy into the apocalyptic themes I buy because It’s good to diversify Comment from : @Eli-qr9hc |
I like to have some tubes on hand to trade in later Comment from : @jplifts3008 |
We are definitely entering lawlessness in US Comment from : @DNice81atl |
Yes I buy all of them I can I believe in Saving the history of them and they are easier to trade if need be Comment from : @jeffcrumpler8793 |
I like both, I like having some junk, the history and different types is fascinating Comment from : @ChristopherAlexander22 |
Love your channel Glad to hear you don’t like it More out there for the rest of us 😀 I love the grimy dirty stuff ❤️ I also love the shiny new stuff brKeep up the good work Comment from : @marvingurganus4383 |
Junk silver is definitely trash please make sure you send it to my house for proper disposal 🥰 Comment from : @Bulletcore |
I wash my 90 in rubbing alcohol It is not reactive (safe) to the silver, removes the "grime", and even brightens the finish a bit Hand sanitizer will work similarly br🥈🦍💎✋🚀 Comment from : @macoppy6571 |
"Grimy Heavy Soap"Seriously Comment from : @bigtoe3963 |
I hope for your sake it doesn't happen but I've always been the one that say it's better to have and not need than to need and not have Good Luck my Friend !!! Comment from : @imcirgold |
Its not junk to me My fave kind of 'bullion" i like the beauty (love the look of circulated coinage) history (mainly obsolete 90 for me) liquidity now and if there's ever a collapse I'm in the never say never camp as far as societal collapse goes The political/inflationary landscape is going through harsh changes imo I'm not a doom and gloomer, digging a bunker type dude though brTo each his own, everyone is different in some way and that's fine by me Comment from : @jedimindtrick8966 |
Imperious Leaderuh uhI'm a Stormtrooper, what makes you think I can hit the "Like Button" with my blaster? brI have those Whitman books, so I'm into the 90 to fill those books for fun, I do enjoy the hunt to fill those books I do swap out the coins when I find ones in better condition, so that will build my 90 stash over time But I'm not going out of my way to purchase 90 rolls or large lots unless it's at a good price pointbr"These books have dandruff!" Why does that make me giggle when I hear you say that? 🤣 Comment from : @Mr_Bullay_SlideRule |
I think junk is a great type of Siover to buy Fractional, cheap Silver I actually need to get more 999 For the past year, I've been buying a lot of foreign junk for spot and numismatic coins Also, for the Redbook, the prices are inflated It's good for info on coins and seeing which are better coins, but the prices arecway too high Comment from : @numismaticmaster8612 |
"Constitutional Silver" should be bought and incorporated into your stackin my opinion Best fractional silver to buy and carries the lowest premium when you do go to buy it There are other reasons to buy it too but I can see how some would prefer to stick to 999 government backed bullion To each their ownbut heyas long as your stacking silver in one form or anotheryou're way ahead of the average person Thanks for the video buddy Comment from : @shawnspreciousbullyon |
Used to be in your camp find it dirty and grimy and worn, but did accumulate a little since it's probably good to diversify the stack a bit and as you point out, have a little fractional silver just in case Comment from : @msvesq9424 |
It's Constitutional silver Not junk silver Because it's from a time when the Government followed the Constitution The change you get now is the "junk silver" with no silver in them Comment from : @donaldmartin9394 |
Junk silver is getting harder and harder to find It's not just for Armageddon and it's not just for weight Junk silver has its own intrinsic value, is limited in supply, is experiencing rising premiumsit's the most undervalued product in the most undervalued asset in world history Those who don't like junk,PLEASE save it for me!!! 😆 Comment from : @junksilver2445 |
I understand your point and I have some, both for stacking and collecting for books I also inherited a bunch which will never be sold since it is family passdown Comment from : @AlohaStacker |
I love my Constitutional Silver Love the history that it represents I will also be using it to teach my Grandchildren real history You know Like they use to do in school Comment from : @donaldmartin9394 |
I'm definitely stacking 90 you never know when you'll need to buy a chicken 🐔 Comment from : @bullionaddict9164 |
I like your comics in the background Another great investment Comment from : @trboj |
Just like any investment (Diversify) So with that in mind I diversify with my silver stacking I buy 100 rounds some smaller bars, nothing over 10 oz i buy morgens, eagles and junk silver even MS graded coins Comment from : @trboj |
Constitutional silver isnt my favorite or my main stack, but I DO buy it on occasion as it is good to diversify, and its the cheapest fractional you can get Comment from : @coctailer |
Never was, never will be To each their own though, that’s the great thing about this hobby, it’s subjective Comment from : @vcupiano |
There will be a Mad Max SHTF scenario when the bond, stock and real estate markets implode! You will need a lot of junk silver and firearms/ammo to stay alive Comment from : @natew3731 |
Yes, everyone will know what it is and its not likely someone will counterfeit a 90 dime Comment from : @majorrock0657 |
Aaah!!!! Don’t pay attention to anybody that might say your nuts for not liking junk silver Just stack what ya like, hell, that’s what we all do, even those that might say your nuts!!! Have a good one and thanks man!!!! Comment from : @fredflintstone3089 |
Yes because it's going to be harder and harder to find old pre-64 coins Comment from : @sunshinestacker5235 |
Shhhh don't tell them ! no worry's your too late too the parade , any one that thinks for themselves has already been doing it You are probably right though ,we have never seen a powerful nations economy fail have we? Comment from : @robertrichard2739 |
My problem with junk silver is that in the event you need to use them to barter you're going to have to hope that whoever your trading with believes you when you say that they contain silver and that they don't get stuck on their face value Comment from : @1810jeff |
Only problem is it’s not much cheaper or not cheaper at all , when you can get 1oz rounds for 2850 and still have to pay 22 times face for junk , I love the walkers but they usually are 23/24 times face Comment from : @wayneburbrink1215 |
🖐😁🖐 Comment from : @rzhunzhu1066 |
I have 1964 Kennedy halves Dollars great video ☺️ Comment from : @natemr4482 |
I only have junk silver because it’s a cheaper way to buy silver Comment from : @holdenshuskies456 |
I need to add to my junk silver, but I love to buy collectable silver coins Comment from : @Rschwabe23 |
