Expect high premiums until the stackers stop stacking If they don't stop stacking this maybe the new normal From what I understand spot is for industrial users' use, not investors Stackers disrupt the equilibrium which is usually temporary but the inventory purchased by dealers is at the higher rate so they have to create a product mix to gradually lower overall inventory costs unless demand is so high that they have no inventory on hand If the bullion banks are closing out their short positions on the futures market, that's an early sign prices may be headed higher in the longer term Especially if the metal is being turned to as a monetary metal Comment from : @eelliott2307 |
