My daughter says I'm an escapee from a hippie commune because I make everything, including laundry detergent and underarm deodorant I'm 73 and have taken a heck of a ribbing for my eccentric ways over the years, but my new dermatologist was blown away by my healthy complexion I make my own skin care products, and he asked if I'd share my recipes, so perhaps he could convince his wife to try them Eliminating harmful chemicals in my daily life has been my mission for decades, and it's really paying off in my old age

I'm surprised to see you use pre-prepared hummus as it costs multiple times as much ($3-$5 versus 85 cents) and comes in a plastic container Making it from dried chickpeas is a very easy simple process and takes only a minute or two after the chickpeas are soaked and cooked Personally I'd be soaking and cooking a batch of chickpeas each week anyway Something to consider maybe?

Last year I wanted to save on electricity so I bought an Ikea two burner induction cooking plate, you can use all your pots and pans if they are magnetic Next I bought a toaster/airfryer oven These two have brought my bill down quite a bit as these two appliances are very economical to use

HI Connie I found your channel a couple of days ago and love it After viewing a few videos though I looked back at your history and was so inspired by your recovery from your traumatic brain injury You are an inspiration What a brave person!!!! Content wise, let me agree, homemade products are best I have been making my own deodorant for about 5 years and it is without a doubt the best I have ever used, My recipe includes shea butter and arrowroot in addition to coconut oil and baking powder I am planning to try your body butter recipe this week
