I just got off a horrible Princess cruise 6 days of my neighbors smoking on their balcony, 6 days of asthma treatments and complaining everyday They don’t enforce policies or comply with laws I had to take pictures because they accused me of making it up Just a miserable time

I've been on two Royal Caribbean - Oasis of the Seas 1st year and Symphony of the Seas last spring Going on Wonder of the Seas in May Food and entertainment have bee amazing both times

I know this video is over 2 years old I just cruised on Carnival Magic Nov 10-16 The food in the dining room, steakhouse and Mongolian Wok was delicious I didn’t care for Guys Burgers, overcooked and no flavor whatsoever I never saw one fight and for the most part no rude people All of the crew were very nice and friendlybrLast year I was on NCL Breakaway and the food was not so good Most of it was tasteless and barely lukewarm I ended up eating at O’Sheehans most of the time because their Chili was delicious and always warm

I've mostly sailed on Carnival and I cannot agree more on your challenges with them I do find the included food can be pretty bad at times BUT the things that make me continue sailing with them is affordability, sheer number of ports in the USA, and the FUN The affordability factor might be one of the top ones for me since I'm trying to do 2 cruises a year and it only seems realistic with Carnival prices

This was a very fair assessment of each line It does depend on the specific ship Especially, for the quality of the food On Royal Caribbean, in Europe, I was served a raw lamb shank, I do not mean a braised piece It never was touched by any heat It was the worst food ever We had traveled with RC numerous times Two other times had bad experiences, we stopped traveling with them We were Diamond level We have been traveling with Carnival and now are Diamond level there Food and shows are weak, on just about every ship We're Sapphire on NCL, found everything, has above average on every ship They seem to be the most consistent My favorite line is Princess and my wife's is Celebrity Loved the Artsy Fartsy phrase!!!

I like Celebrity and Disney for cruising I miss the old style of cruising that had Bon Voyage parties that allowed guests who were not sailing to come on board before departure I also miss having my own steward, waiter and cabana boy for the entire trip If we did not see something on the menu, our waiter would get it for us anyway Our steward would bring clean towels and linens any time we asked and would make the bed and clean up any time we left the cabin Our lounge at the pool was preassigned and our cabana boy would get our usual drinks as soon as we sat down without being asked I guess those days are gone forever Too bad

Normally sail NCL Sailed with HAL (NE & Canada) and Celebrity (NZ) for the first time I was surprised that I preferred HAL Very laid back Always book a suite and even though the Retreat on Celebrity was very good, I enjoyed the smaller crowds on HAL more

Been on 6 cruises so far all on Holland We like the layed back feeling The food has always been exceptional and the service is top notch However we have been looking to try a different cruise line So far it's a toss-up between Royal, Norwegian, Virgin ( very high prices ) NCL and celebrity Although have recently been looking at CarnivalThey prices are pretty good So many options

NCL has the most exotic cruise locations IMO and that what keeps me going back Antarctica, Australia/New Zealand, the Indian Ocean islands, Fiji, Bora Bora and Southern Asia Personally, I go on a cruise for location, not just for the ship and entertainment!

I’ve been cruising with Holland America since 2016 The food was always good, my favorite entertainment is Billboard Onboard I also love the step one dancers and The Rolling Stones rock room On the vista class & signature class it’s the rolling stone lounge which is excellent Since 2021 I been doing got to it all package which includes WiFi, signature drink package, speciality dining and up to $200 on shore excursions
