She felt bad too, because she was criticized and she was being laughed at and bullied and she felt stupid because they probably might even called her that she was picked on and she was put down I’m sure that had a lot to do with it too

CBT is ineffective for many, many people and it was, worse than useful for me That said I know people who swear by CBT The only way to find out if it will work for you is to try it That said Socratic questioning is the sign of a lazy and poorly trained therapist
