Erm, so I just find all the negative horrible thoughts like I’m not worthy and I’m a piece of sh*t What am I supposed to do with that? brbrThey’re the last things I wanna think so I think my emotions come in as a protective strategy to get me away from them and so that I don’t have to find out if those thoughts are really true cos, if they are it would mean the end of everything? CBT doesn't work as well as just developing your external witness stance Look at what you as a witness sees when you look from that perspective at yourself Now thoughts that are not working, automatically go away This is the only way to change your beliefs that are not working CBT is way too slow for that Comment from : @jackcarpenters3759 |
