Hey so I have ringing in my ear and migraines How would I say to my doc that it’s from the military like “ oh I got migraines because this or that in the army “ and same goes for my asthma , I’ve had it since after I came home for deployment , how would I link them together thank you

i just sent a secure message to my doctor at the VA online secure messages go into your permanent medical records i told my doctor that i think my diagnosis is fake i told him i dont want VA medications anymore, i said i do not have these illnesses im a mental health patient ive been a severe mentally ill person for a long time and im already on ssdi and 100 VA all for a mental illness alone

What if you fracture your hip twice in basic, days before actually becoming a Marine, and get separated for medical reasons (NOT a BMP) but you have lots of lingering issues and pains? Are you just kind of screwed?

There is no easy way to get VA disability but it helps if you have your health issues documented and in the system before you get out of the military The Army set me up with my VA Claims Appointments and helped file my paperwork before I got out also I acquired a hard copy and a digital copy of all my medical records Make sure you enroll into your nearest main VA Hospital and submit your DD214 and your medical records to the Va also brNext Do not miss a single Appointmentbrshow up to your appointments and tell the 100 truth about your conditionsbrwait good luck process took me 10 years

But Clay, I wasn`t on the Island, I was a HOLYWOOD MARINE, Your best bet is to go to a private Dr I found that out when I went for my C&P`s PTSD denied!, AO denied, even though my youngest son was born with a birth defect and after his operation, Dr did test on tissue and came out positive for chemicals in AO I wonder how he got it, since they said I didn`t have it Got 50 for hearing total Had some other claims, and they were denied I appealed the PTSD I than went to a real doctor for PTSD and I got it I didn`t appeal the AO as I knew it would show up at a later date Well that date is here They have been caught Falseifing eveidance that showed I had it Again through private Doctor

The main issue is we weren't ever "allowed" to go to medical It was a "suck it up" mentality from day 1 unless you were extremely hurt or ill

I have been seeking treating for back pain through the military, the X-ray came back with some spondylosis and disc narrowing, the first physical therapist I went to acknowledged that I definitely had issues that will require long term treatment, the second physical therapist I saw basically said I was lying and documented in his report that I am fine and don’t have any problems (He was some typical active duty doctor that told everyone to suck it up and drink more water) So now I’ve decided to go private healthcare My question is when I file a claim will the VA be able to see the report that was written by the second doctor even if I don’t submit it? I don’t want my rating to be jeopardized all because some high and tight active duty doctor didn’t do his job correctly and tells everyone to push through pain
