It’s only illegal in dry counties, most states will let you do this as long as you don’t sale it, the norm is 1-2 gallons a year per adult per house hold Please check with your state and county Amazon sales electric stills for this purpose so how can it be illegal? Just saying

Home Distillation is Legal in the State of Missouri, provided you dont sell it A household may be in possession of 50 gallons per adult resident (Which is a lot) the Fed doesn't actually care if you're making moonshine, they only care about the taxes you're dodging if you're selling without a license
