Looks pretty workable 2 suggestions: 1) make sure the juice doesn't have a lot of preservatives 2) I couldn't tell if your cap had any sort of fermentation lock or just a hole A simple lock can be made by making a small loop of clear plastic tubing that fits the hole, taping it to hold the loop shape, and putting a few drops of water in it so the escaping carbon gas has to bubble through it That keeps gnats and such out

Try not to put the yeast in the mix immediately, put it into some water first to hydrate it It will start fermenting the second you put into the mix but it will stunt it and maybe kill it if you don't hydrate it first

Well it should be no surprise that the homebrewingcaps URL does not work, all you need to do is either use a demijohn and airlock, or if tou are really tight arse, drill a hole in the cap and put a balloon over the cap with a pin prick in the balloon

This actually works i used orange juice and a little less sugar and more yeast i didnt even use a brewing cap i just poked a little hole in the cap and after just 4 day it became 17
