bBad grades don't prove someone's dumbness/b That "someone" doesn't need to prioritize school, or perfectly fit into school system's expectancybrI was having those "acceptable" grades most of my life and yet I had shocked my teachers when I was diagnosed (on school's request that was mandatory in my country) for having extremely high levels of intelligence as a kid, after multiple official tests (not saying how high as it's irrelevant, nor that it is a perfect system either) but I had other priorities than following what the school system demands (equally) from each individualbrI was learning things I wanted to do and battling the immense thoughts trying to understand the world I want to live a peaceful life However, I became depressed with what I knew brGuess what I want in life - it's happiness and peace of mind I never chased money, despite I know how to get it Money won't solve my inner battles

Being bad at school and university doesn't matter, when the education system produces weak, stupid useless people and doesn't teach you almost any real life skills in 12-20 years, while wasting your youth Goes doubly so for STEM brbrThe most successful people I know(and I know a few dozen of them as they are close friends and acquaintances) went to private courses and self-educated as much as possible, while ditching school as much as possible Didn't even go to university And only one of them had wealthy parents, the rest had below "mid-class" parents These people got to earn 3-7x the average salary by the age of 22-24 and some opened their own companies recently
