I have a question, I bought a 1999 proof coin set that was plated in 24k gold in 2008 and when taking a closer look I realized that the 1999 P dime is missing "in" and "we" in "in god we trust" and missing the last digit of the date, and was wondering if it was rare and if I should get it graded?brThank you
