Price is not everything As a rule of thumb: stick to natural food and avoid highly processed food if you want to stay healthy However, protein powder seems to be one of the healthy processed things you can eat But still, I would rather prefere something like Skyr which also has a lot of other benefits for my body like helping the right bacteria in my guts or keeping me fasted longer So I would not include protein powder on a daily basis, but it can be a helpful thing when you are short on time, dont want to go shopping or are really heavy and don´t want to eat the 10th egg ;)
