intrinsic value means nothingbrif we would have not bought the spy in 2000 because market value was far above intrinsic value we would be deadbrbrthe true value of an investment is not fundamental or intrinsic its only based on what people are waiting about what the stock WILL give in revenue eps etc…brbru can have completely undervalued stocks that will continue to stay under valued because they simply will not produce growth…brbrbrso its a game based on dreams not reality…brbrand the most funny is that it works since century and will continue to work until USA will stay the most powerful nation of the world

the problem with waiting for the SPX to come down to it's intrinsic value is that it might not happen anytime soon and in the mean time you are sat on the sidelines and missing out on gains while your money is getting eaten away by inflationbrbralways remember, the goal of investing is to make moneynot to be "right"
