My headstart used paths we used TURTLE Technique ours were Twiggle and the flowers and candle And we have visuals of kids with different emotions to help with identifying what you r feeling basically point to the picture face of how you r feeling

I wouldn't use dragon brain I'm not even close to being a kid anymore, but there's no way you could convince the child version of me that being a dragon isn't awesome Why would I choose to quieten the dragon when it's so big and powerful and makes me ifeel/i big and powerful?brbrI'm not sure what an appropriate subsitute image would be though
