Summary for myself : The immediate emotions that come by seeing some person suffering are due to past experiences , cultural norms, or other invisible circle that surrounds you Simply by stepping out of your circle and see the situation from different angles will change its course ,brSimilarly just listening to the other person will be enough rather than thinking of all possibilities But whenever emotions distress you , it's just your single fact based thoughts loop , that surrounds you, step aside and view everything from all possible angles , and choose the one that align with you the most , to continue , bcs remember there's no result that can be drawn out of these , these are endless cycles of opinions , your duty is to just assign yourself the best possible one , that can contribute to your growth
