I picked Ramsey out for my eleven year old grandson, who's an aspiring guitar god I am an old folkie and my singing reflects it (pretty mediocre) but I know good singing when I hear it, and Ramsey has nailed the way to start from scratch I wish I'd had his coaching forty years ago, but it's never too late!

as someone who doesn't sing but can write lyrics and rap well for someone of my experience, I found doing these exercises hilariously embarrassing It is crazy how much control singers have over their voice I am struggling so much and listening to these recordings back are soooo funny My neighbours must be laughing too

So true, mental attitude, confidence, physicality are key elements to a vocalist of any performance style I have opera training and it helped me gain half an octave and taught me how to protect my vocal cords
