Hi Linda! Great information in this video I have a couple of questions for you please I am contemplating on hiring an executive career coach that I recent met who is willing to assist me in landing a new HR role in my field I have never actually worked with a career coach before and would like some clarification to ease my concerns 1) Does it matter or not if this position is listed on their LinkedIn profile? 2) Is it normal for a career coach to be paid a retainer fee (by the client) and a percentage of the employee's annual salary (from the employer) for the 1st full year after they have successful assisted that person in securing a new job? Please advise at your earliest convenience and thanks in advance for your help
