My dad was born in 1930 He taught me to eat all the organs like heart and liver He taught me to chew the marrow out of chicken bones Told me he collected pigeons from the pigeon shoot His mom would cook them They also taught me 100 ways to cook a potato He said if his friend was eating an apple he would ask for the cobb I couldn’t imagine growing up like that

One thing about growing up poor in the ghetto is u don't have as much so I've always had to improvise, learn how go hungry etc but they never taught life skills Inna sense just survival

My parents grew up during the Depression So, we learned how to "Use it up and wear it out!"brI go to pantries today State run pantries are good Be cautious at churches, they are kind but they will give you out dated food We have a food givaway other week in a park My Gosh you get good stuff!brTHANKS FOR ALL YOU DO!!br💌just found ya, just Luv ya!

Don’t really agree with taking things and selling them for more I used to be able to find such great stuff at the thrift store but now find many people buying to upsell to people who already have money which i don’t find to be in the spirit of donation

simply cook all the leftovers in a pot, two cups of water and half teaspoon of salt and sugar each and one tablespoon of sesame oil can eat this soup for many meals eat only one meal per day as most food are just excreted from body as excess from now on, only buy what u like, not what is cheap

Loving all your content and soaking it in, but when you place your hand in front of the camera to end the scene it is very jarring to the viewer It makes me feel like those people that are walking down the street when all of a sudden they get sucker punched and find themselves flat on the sidewalk Is there any chance you could fade to black or an inspiring quote to end with instead of the “sucker punch in the face”?
