Im 57 done the gym on and off 40yrs I'm muscular and lean even now without over doing it in gym tryed many different whey protein powders on and off and my experience is they are all same more or less but with a high protein diet anyway virtually no carbs I only have less than half of what's recommended of daily powder

i went through 138 kg obese to 92 kg in almost in a year and a half through proper diet and lots of walking and pushups and sit ups and im in my best shape in my life but i have so much trouble to build more profound muscles including my abs and i bought for the first time the bundle gainer and i have a zero idea how to use it as a beginner how should i make the protein drink ?

I bought the Diet Bundle through MyProtein app and just arrived today so can't wait to get startedbrbrIf the Isolate protein packs are lower in calories and better for dieting, how come they don't come as a bundle with CLA's instead of the standard whey protein that I got? brbrNo complaints just wondering as I thought it would make more sense to have those as the diet bundle? 😊

I am a lifelong vegetarian with allergies to most plant based proteins I get about 10g of protein per day This used to be fine in my 20s, but now in my 40s I’m packing on pounds no matter what I do I’ve met with multiple doctors and dietitians and still have no idea how to lose weight and how much whey protein to consume and when

Dude I am so mad at myself In 2017 I started training I had my diet in check and I was in a solid routine I lost pounds and gained muscle From intermittent fasting And eating healthy I didn’t even lift weights to often And I looked great After COVID I gained 60 pds from no gym Now I’m struggling to lose the weight again I was wondering about this Thank you for the info

What if you have a kidney problem? 😢 I had a transplant last year And now my appetite is back with vengeance The thing about having kidney failure, is that you don’t have much of an appetite So I loss quite a bit of weight But now! Yikes! And I asked my consultant if I could use whey protein to reduce my hunger and help with weight loss he didn’t advise it Mega sad face ☹️

A guy at my local Jim and I are doing a one week experiment we’re all we eat is chicken breast with rib meat, eggs for breakfast and the rest is away isolate protein powder by optimum nutrition I weigh 190 pounds, can’t wait to see what happens

Hi, I’m trying to recomposition my body I’m currently 260 pounds at 6ft 2in and 38yrs old I’m going to the gym , weight training 4 days a week and cardio twice a week I am taking whey protein, whey isolate, creatine monohydrate, amino acids, multivitamins and omega 3 fish oils daily with a daily intake of calories at 2100 Using a 40,40,20 ratio on protein, carbs and fats My question is should I up my calorie intake to build more muscle or would this affect my fat loss and slow my body recomposition ? I think what I’m basically asking is am I on the right path 😂

Would you say that there is a limit of how much protein (gramm) you should take per day? Cause an app calculated 77g protein per day for me So if I would drink 2-3 protein shakes per day that would probably be near the limit, right? But I would also like to eat something like tuna and stuff which is also rich on protein But I'm scared to overstep the number the app tells me to consume So I haven't bought any kind of protein shake yet 😣
