More recent studies have discovered it's actually MUCH closer to about 8 grams of protein per POUNDbrbrUnfortunately this videos information is outdated If you came across thia video and this comment, I highly encourage you to do better reseadch

I am a 67 years power lifter and fitness trainer and I have been working out for over 50 years I don't drink protein powder from factory I don't eat refined sugar I eat natural protein from fresh food and I make my own fresh protein with banana and strawberries, yogurt with stevia and natural honey I don't believe in protein powder

Well I don’t like eating in the morning so to help me feel more full I’ll have a protein shake with coffee in it it helps me and I believe it’s better than not having anything at all till lunch

So my psychiatrist wanted me to start drinking 3 protein shakes a day He said it will help with my depression I'm also on a ton of vitamins and Wellbutrin I just started I think the Wellbutrin was for my adhd though And to help lose weight
