Buying a house is sensible as long as one doesn’t overextend Buying a second property also makes sense whilst one is in peak earning age Keep most of money in safer assets because one only needs a small amount to invest in high risk/high reward stocks and one can still make a lot Not uncommon for penny stock to make 10,20,50x It’s ts good to Invest some time to find one gem stock Good and antimony are flying higher than rockets as if 2024 and expected to continue in the foreseeable future
