I used a program and was allowed to borrow the down payment, which is forgiven after 15 years In my case the equity shot up 40k after 8 months so if i sold now, i would sell for profit with ABSOLUTELY no money down, or from my pocket

35 down, has to be FHA approved It’s only for first time buyers You need income qualifications You need inspections, closing costs, and a solid 90 days of hard work (same as money) so FHA should not even be on this list The real way to buy a home with no “money” down is write a check 😂

I really hate these videos, because they are totally ludicrous Yours is the exception, thank you for making it All of these methods are realistic Especially the VA loan, I have a coworker who just bought a house with no money down off Busch Boulevard, he was a Navy veteran I think he got in his 150,000 dollar house with under five grand down In my hunt in the Tampa Bay area I am discovering that you need about a third of the price saved, before buying a house Fees, points, down payment, cash reserves, and money set in escrow for insurance and taxes add up Buying a house is not cheap

Hi , I have a problem to be solved I am 1 on 4 siblings that inherited a house from parents, and have to sell basically because everybody wants the money out of it And 2 of the people have their own family and homes However me and my brother do not have our own homes and would love to own this home/property , but we don't have much money at all and do not fall into any conventional loan mortgage scenario Any ideas in this, anyone?? So this is def click bait man you can say what you want You even put NO in all caps Only two of the ways are NO money down, and one of them requires you to be military Someone gifting you the reduced down payment doesnt consist of the loan being no down payment You should call it 3 ways to buy a house with NO money down, because you missed one You are missing out on down payment assistance programs, some of which do not require the money to be paid back Also you should just reply to people to speak to a lender and agent themselves as they can answer the questions for their particular situation

Hi so me and my husband are first time home buyers We really want to move out of his parents place but we don’t want to go wasting our money in an apartment that we will never own We’re even going to look at houses this weekend with a realtor But the problem is we only have 3,000 saved so far but we are looking at 250k houses so even a 35 down payment is at least 8 thousand plus closing costs What would you recommend us to do? Hey my man Lance you forgot about the use of Gift of Equity If you're buying a property from a relative or land lord in which you have an established relationship VA loans block out any one whom hasn't served in the military and still closing cost could apply And USDA loans blocks out most middle class and up families due to income restraints And there are no caps on percentage when applying it to down payments and closing cost And if applied right you can get out of PMI

Ok so i have 25,000 if i were to go to builder and tell him i want to buy a house would they be able to stretch out the buying process a few months maybe 4-6 months so that i can come up with the rest of the money ? So sign a contract to be in the military for 8 years (which by the time you get to be a civi, why wouldn't you have a down payment if not buy a home outright?), have rich family members that can buy your way into your first home, or have the down payment, which completely defeats the idea of no down payment That was useful
