So my question is why would you pay off the house? Let's say friends since I have a 4 interest rate and I owe 100K on a house , and I have 150k in the bank Wouldn't it make sense to invest the 150k and something that's making more than 4? Also, I get a deduction on the interest on my home so that helps as well Thanks for those that have an answer for me

So I owe 185k on house and have 250k in savings making no interest Should I put the money to pay off house and the money I was paying on the house goes back to replenish savings or put savings in high interest investments

So, what is the average income when people start the baby steps? - An annual salary of $24,000 is very different from $100,00000 If you are making $24,000 a year a $5,000 car is 6 months salary If you are earning $100,000 per month a $5000 car is less than a month

Dave gives great advice but if your kid gets admission to MIT, Stanford, Yale or Harvard for a STEM discipline, are you really going to ask them to go to community college instead to avoid debt?

@TheRamseyShow greetings from Germany brReally love your videos But slightly hard to follow in Germany We don’t need to save huge amounts of money for college, but on the other hand, we bought a house recently, and the payment is calculated for the next 25 years By than it should be done brBut I can safe some money parallel to paying my house and currently I’m paying it to an ETF fond with 10 retour at the moment Hope I can continue learning stuff from you Right now, my goal is to let my daughter become a millionaire by the time I’m not around anymore
