Showing up is a big part of success I’m an operations manager at Amazon and we have so many Area Managers that go on leave of absence for one reason or another brbrI worked in the oilfield prior with a lot more stress and people rarely went on leave Amazon does a terrible job hiring Area Managers They hire cheer leaders not people who understand the operation and how to deal with people
