I’m currently in talks with two different lenders one as home possible at 28 with 3 down & PmI plus I would use Dpa because I don’t want to deplete savings The other lender is 100 loan no PMI all I would have to bring to the table is closing cost but interest rate is 40 The payments differ about 150 bucks what do you think is the best way to go Comment from : @TheIke1207
