These expectations are in my mind along when I accepted an AsstProject Manager role I was anxious thinking I have to know everything in order to lead the team I just graduated and have to experience in managing project but I took CAPM as an extra course May I know how will CAPM being use in Project Management and also how do you manage that expectations and knowledge gap during discussions?
