Guttulus, what is your opinion about Ronald D Slusky's book "Invention Analysis and Claiming: A Patent Lawyer's Guide", second edition? I ran recently into a patent lawyer, that had her own Intellectual Property firm, and a group on Facebook, that never heard of the Problem-Solution statement for the inventive departure

I am going to apply as a patent agent and just sit for the patent bar in Texas versus patent attorney since I am older now and have been working as a chemical engineer / project manager for years How hard was it to do patent agent jobs with no experience in patents after undergrad? Would you recommend to do patent agent? Also how hard is the exam? Is it necessary to purchase or pay for study prep courses or just buy a book and self prep? Thanks for your response! ❤️
