I just got hired as a construction pm I threw my application at a few places and got lucky I guess I’m on salary but it’s a start for me after being in construction since 17, I’m now 27 attending some courses in business and project management at my community college , but I have been running my small handy business for a year now thinking to setting this aside for weekends while doing pm weekdays I just don’t wanna over work myself on a salary pay I feel that good pm work 3 days out and 2 days from home but idk if I’m right Comment from : @Eeesfucknworld
