What does premium mean? Comment from : @precise3291 |
I stack both bars , coins but prefer the 5 , 10 oz BarsbrEither way just keep stacking silver ❤❤ Comment from : @Bigbirdreese1600 |
I like to mix it up because I like bars! Especially the big ones Comment from : @edreed1894 |
You sure can gabb People buy precious metals to hedge inflation and to protect in case of a national money meltdown Silver coins especially the eagle are easy to sell or trade compared to bars because they are very easy to recognize and carry Thanks for the content Comment from : @bmwbaker |
so wait, the american eagle coins appear to be almost 3x the price of other silver coins how is that justified?? Comment from : @RustyB5000 |
In OUR current assbackwards society and on the edge of Disaster, any 1oz Silver eagle or even a Generic Buffalo round is much easier to sell or trade than any bars, coins and some rounds are much more recognizable and much easier to sell or trade I personally call silver buying a roller coaster ride with prices non-stop up and down, but Gold is a Rocketship ride with Gold prices UP $40000 on EVERY oz Comment from : @DrewOdell-vv4gt |
I have a 100 oz bar Comment from : @dannelson5556 |
why are "government minted" ones special? do they do a better job at minting metal than they do governing or something? Comment from : @lboston4660 |
CNT Mint private mint right around you Comment from : @markplesko |
There are government issued bars like the RCM bar Comment from : @_MalibuMitch |
What about government issued bars like Royal mint bars? Comment from : @davidwalker3783 |
The 1 Kilo silver bar with an eagle on it is made by Silver Towne in Winchester Indiana I have a 100oz of the same Comment from : @shopdoc |
sooooooo tired of the SHTF reference Comment from : @BarrySkinner-h7w |
Huh?? Yeah but you do not pay the premium on the buy either right? its the same same Just a diff price point Comment from : @Co-SS |
I enjoy bars I have 5 - 100 Oz bars they are Great and feel Fantastic in my Hands really bring me JOY seeing them in my Safe Will be buying more , have hundreds of coins and rounds for the deep stack but these Babies are for the long run Comment from : @tzwashers2696 |
In Hungary you can go better with bars because they trade all 9999 silver by weight and the production costs of the bars are lower Yet I only have a Canadian maple and a Bull and Bear from New Zealand, not because the deal, because they look cool 🤣 Comment from : @zoltan2728 |
Your "official coins" are being faked as much (or more) as any of the common silver bars these days Think "China" The problem is much more wide spread than most dealers will admit Comment from : @ralphbryant4575 |
3:08 What is it about Youtube content creators that show me something, but shake it violently so I cannot see what it is you are trying to show The phenomenon is nearly universal Comment from : @thomasmaughan4798 |
I just bought my first silver today I got a 1kilo bar Staying in fiat is getting scarier and scarier Comment from : @LemonsGraphics |
Bullion (bar/rounds) vs CoinbrBullion means in bulk valued at weight, before coinage etc Comment from : @ConnerWild |
Perth Mint and Canadian Royal mint bars are government backed bars You can get bars that are government backed Comment from : @RorySRussell |
i prefer coins but i still respect silver bar people Comment from : @TheSilverHoarder |
I have 2 kids and bought them each 1kg of silver and 1oz of Gold The Perth Mint is best in Australia I need to get myself some Comment from : @Boxingbpr |
Anything can be faked Eagles can be and are faked If your are going to fake why not do so with an eagle that get you 3 to 5 dollars sometimes over spot Comment from : @perrin008 |
Yes but when you buy eagles or maples leaves you pay far over spot The fact that you get over spot when you sell them isn’t relevant You pay less premium for bars and so the difference is negligible at best It comes down to preference not necessarily right or wrong Comment from : @perrin008 |
I like coins because they are easier to sell and trade for essential goods should that be necessary Comment from : @YepTriedToTellYou |
My motorboat has a 400 gallon tank Not unreasonable to have bars to fill the tank It would be about 50 coins to fill her up I like bars Comment from : @subdrvr |
I had a 100oz silver bar from JM Bullion I tried to sell it locally and no dealer would buy it due to them not having the tools to see if it was counterfeit I wouldn't allow them to drill into the bar to look for lead So, point being, bars are a problem to resell back to the dealers Comment from : @sb44-444 |
❤❤ looks like a CNT Silver bar Comment from : @Richmart1955 |
❤ interesting to re-watch this video years later Comment from : @Richmart1955 |
At Upper Canada we currently have more than, 10 million folks' that would like 1 kilogram at, "$205232" SO THAT THEY KNOW THE WORKER'S HAVE WORK AND FOOD ON EVERYONE"S TABLE'S AT CANADA 🍁br1812' the apple brown sugar cinnamon pie, August summer 🌳 🦌brKJV*brAmen Comment from : @Makedonac007 |
I have one of those same exact kilo bars, but I mostly prefer stacking rounds personally And I don't like parting with any of it I love pulling them out and looking at them Sometimes I feel like Gollum Comment from : @cyrusblackwood33 |
There is nothing wrong with buying silver in a round shape or a square or a rectangle Don't buy coins that are coloured no matter what shape it is and don't buy silver shot as no one will be interested in taking it off your hands except someone who is going to melt it down Don't let this let this bonehead talk you out of bars fd Comment from : @FrankDresen-nw2gc |
I have been stacking silver for 15 years and I have never sold anything (I have done even exchanges) I started buying bullion coins a few months ago alongside constitutional coins, but bars are cool The last bar I bought was 2 weeks before Covid and I paid $90 That same bar now is close to $160! Comment from : @allisonsmith9050 |
In Europe you pay way more per oz if you buy bars There is absolutely no logic in it Comment from : @bjornbjorn8235 |
Okay But what about government minted bars? For instance a 10 oz silver brittania? Comment from : @devildogus2187 |
ASE can be fake too Lol Comment from : @rjsledz |
In the UK the government can call all coins back and its law u have to give it them back Good reason not to get uk minted coins when u live in uk Comment from : @plden2442 |
You bought a 1kg silver bar with no mint ID and want me to believe this video? Comment from : @nuthn2do |
What about sovereign bars that are minted by the government?brbrIn a crisis what matters is silver content not a face value of a sovereign coin This is a reason people buy bars and also because they don’t cost a premium Comment from : @victoria19853 |
Stacking silver is a total waste of time and money That money would do much better for your progeny in a good mutual fund or etfbr Ask warren buffet Comment from : @MrPeterschmit |
I want a 100oz silver bar so bad just to have one But I mainly stick to coins I do have a few 10oz bars And a DHF Wedge 10oz Love it, wish I had more than 1 Comment from : @DetectingBriar |
I read on CNBC about someone who is netting $20k a month from just his tradings in the market, which is from capital he had amassed long ago That is incredible How do people do that? Comment from : @alexstevenm6414 |
Have a Kilo, have some 10's and some 5's I'd much rather stack rounds and coins like you I'm not mad that I have those big bars but I'm not planning on buying any more any time soon Comment from : @geoffchambers3589 |
I bought my first few silver eagles and rounds a few days ago and now I'm absolutely hooked! Is that normal? Lol Comment from : @aldontheelf4267 |
One of the things that I think about if we go into a STHF situation is that it may not be as easy to trade as we hope for By that I mean, what if a loaf of bread was 10 oz and a box of pew pews cost 100 oz? We can hope, but won't really know until it happens It will really be what the local market is set at Comment from : @bryananderson1147 |
Who's to say that people would automatically start using silver coins and gold if paper money collapsed? I just don't understand how people can be so obsessed with precious metals as if they think all of a sudden people are just going to start using that as currency and that everybody will just jump on board and start doing the same thing It makes no sense Comment from : @livefreeandwise6044 |
RCM 10 0z bars solve a lot of the hallmarking issues and I stack em up SHTF barter mode plans are junk silver have never/will never understand the ASE premium but yall do yall Comment from : @CloudwalkerDrones |
only bars i'd buy are Canadian mint bars each one has a serial number i would have NEVER bought an unmarked bar like the one you were holdingbranother thought is instead of selling it, maybe use the bars as collateral for a loan Comment from : @rkaag99 |
It can all be fake it needs tested idc if it looks minted or not Silver has industrial use I am convinced minted is just a way for charging a premium Silver has a spot value regardless of minted I’ll never buy minted at higher premium If a monetary collapsed happened and trade went to metals it would be based of purity and weight that’s all Comment from : @jessedavis6196 |
Not necessarily going to be true as the incredible uses of Silver and it's industrial needs Comment from : @SubtleReed |
That's why I like CanadaThe actually show the purity of the silver which the USA does not do They totally dropped the ball as usual Comment from : @SubtleReed |
I'm gonna buy my BMW and Ford Explorer two years from now with fifty coins of silver Comment from : @SubtleReed |
Bars will have their place in a SHTF market When it happens we will all be in a learning curve Comment from : @johnnyarnn5849 |
I predict in about 10 years silver is gonna be silver Wont mattet of its a round or a bar, itll sell faster than you can ask Itll be in very high demand Comment from : @imisstheoldyoutube9845 |
Khắc ra khuôn 50000ngàn -5000000₫ ngọc sài hén Comment from : @kimngoctran1982 |
By both as long as it’s real silver Comment from : @paulwright7631 |
I am astounded at the number of stackers who are obsessed with the notion of reconverting their metal to fiat After the inevitable crash, precious metal will exchange directly for anything of value As far as I am concerned, the more ounces the better I’m focused on owning real estate, not crippled cash Comment from : @jimhuskins8506 |
If you really think about it, if there is a future silver bartertown, kilo bars will be just fine to have Eagles are great but why not have different denominations of silver by weight? Comment from : @tomproctorarchive |
You hit it; I hate premiums, love the "Generic" silver The most silver at the cheapest cost I don't flip and I stack for the long, long, long haul I have a few Eagles/Maples but maybe 20 max My favorite is 10oz Have a few Kilo's Love the Morgan/Peace dollars Wish I had more of them Interesting video Comment from : @davidcruger2237 |
Sell raffle tickets for 100 oz bar I will buy some Comment from : @johnwright6403 |
Another point, American eagles are way more than Canadian maple leaves Look , an ounce is an ounce Maple leaves for me Comment from : @johnwright6403 |
I would get my stack tested if I were you Fakes are being circulated be careful Comment from : @johnwright6403 |
I’m happy to sell back at spot price Dealers need to use premiums to keep the lights on Comment from : @johnwright6403 |
In my opinion they should get a new hob y buy stocks what they are doing is hurting our silver er price Comment from : @williambiniak9090 |
Rounds, bars, what ever is silver , I collect Silver is silver in my book And gold is gold too! Get it at the best price and hold on to it Comment from : @egflores2819 |
Yeah if your going to get a milk tank at a dairy Comment from : @christiansmith-of7dt |
I love my 100 Oz bar But I really get turned on holding the Kilo's When you have many rounds they all start looking the same Kilo's for me Comment from : @tdargax |
I like the sound when you bang the two bars together the Ping I know you didn't do it on purpose but was great😂 Comment from : @outdooraddventure |
Sure you might get just spot if you have trash barsif you have bars that command a premium, for example Geiger, and Engelhard they do very well on the secondary market Comment from : @jacobrobert3694 |
Bars fit better in my safety deposit box and if they are ever dropped they don't go rolling around all over the place😅 Comment from : @AlphaJ369 |
Bought my first 5 oz silver bar, wish I watched first Comment from : @warrenrobinson6436 |
I love bars! Ooooh yeah! Comment from : @KurtOnoIR |
Yes I have 9 of them Comment from : @JohnUsher-h1c |
Beautified for men is the love of things they covet; women, children, much of gold and silver (wealth), branded beautiful horses, cattle and well-tilled land This is the pleasure of the present world's life Comment from : @MasriMoroccan |
Glad you explained this in great detail Comment from : @thomasgray9820 |
I love bars, right along with small fractional silver and gold Not all barters will be small and you dont want to trade away all your smalls will large purchases Comment from : @SugarSandProspecting |
I acquired a 100 ounce Engelhard bar back when silver was trading at around $7 I keep it as a reminder of the importance of storing your wealth Comment from : @ReflectiveMetal |
"Should I buy silver bars or coins?"brbr"Yes" Comment from : @BallerDan53 |
You are completely wrong It is not Russains or Chinese trying to divide you, it is Soros, Obama, Biden, Clinton and a raft of others who would delight in crashing the USA because they see a path for themselves to prevail All the people I mention are comfortably safe and wealthy Comment from : @johnhenson8862 |
So a cookie is a chocolate bar? Comment from : @JamesSmith-e3j |
Looks like a SilverTowne bar Comment from : @christiandunn9715 |
Unfortunately I lost all of my metals in a boating accident Comment from : @CP-og4cu |
What about 1oz bars, or 2 oz coins? Things like that Smaller bars or slightly heavier coins Comment from : @SempiternalTitan |
Kind of a perfect world/thought for worst case scenario, silver is silver for barter in worst case scenario If the American dollar/money crashes why would an American stamp on the silver matter?? Comment from : @mrt4451 |
Great info Would love to hear your same thoughts on gold Bars or rounds? Comment from : @YoBooBoo |
Good sir, may I direct your attention to the RCM 10 oz bar Govt made with security features, yet low premiums Comment from : @michaelsomething8192 |
Government back silver is bull crap When the crap hits the fan you really think the Government is going to back it Silver is silver Buy the rounds Much cheaper and remember Silver is siver Comment from : @EatMe-dz1vr |
Bought two 100 oz Doubled my money in gold at sale Comment from : @JuliaMartin-v9z |
I generally don't like bars of large denominations However, I like them as long as they are under 10 oz Comment from : @dancoe4489 |
It is important to know that the currencies exceed the stock market price significantly, which causes you to lose a lot of your investment But for large panels, the manufacturing premium is very small and they are close to the stock price And in times of crisis, you will find someone who will cut them for you in small coins and here it isbrbrBut if you are talking about the principle of stacking only, buy any shape Comment from : @abdulrhmanaltamimi8811 |
Coin’s absolutely! They are worth more due to the premium If you’re selling gold, you’ll get more selling 10 1/10oz coins than you would for selling 1 ounce of gold I sell just above spot and buy as close to spot as possible! Comment from : @MikeWilliamsCoinCollector |
