There is only ONE reason why these replicas are being sold It is to pass them on as REAL coins or rounds Coin shops will know they're fake, but others wont Same goes with replicating $5 or $10 bills Any modern print shop can replicate bills almost perfectly using similar paper and stores NEVER check $5, $10 or even most $20 bills, especially when mixed with real ones

3rd party sellers on their market place is prob selling them I bought some hand soap with grit like crushed walnuts for cleaning grease off hands They sent me what seemed to be the same stuff but in clear plastic containers with stickers on them not the original manufacture containers Almost like they are buying in bulk and selling in smaller quatitues but this isnt mentioned when purchasing

I suspect that what you would actually receive either does have a "copy" mark on it or is so poorly manufactured that it could never be mistaken for genuine The photos are almost certainly not the actual product I can't believe anybody would buy one of these so we may never know for certain I'm curious enough to spend $11, but it would probably never make it through Customs

The US has similar laws They're listed under various sections of 18 US Code Chapter 25 I've tried reporting sellers of fakes to the US Treasury, but the response I got was to refer these to my local law enforcement When I called my local Sheriff's office, they would not even take the report because they have more pressing crimes to pursue
