I bought a set of Valencia seats 15 years after purchasing them both control panels failed I had to pay $120 for each seat to replace them After searching the internet there were multiple postings on the home theater sites citing the same issue It is a well known problem This should be covered by the manufacturer Do your research before buying or purchase the 5 year warranty

I have an unfortunate real-life situation happening right now 3 years ago, based on many recommendations, I purchased the Valencia Tuscany seating I really enjoyed their comfort Recently, the buttons on the three seats have stopped functioning properly The middle seat flickers I reached out to support last week to report this They informed me that the warranty is over but they could sell me replacement parts after I send photos of the furniture I did so and have not heard back Had I known the electronic would go out on these chairs after 3 years I would not have purchased them I am now looking at Audio Advice for their offerings I am very disappointed in what I thought would be a high standard brand of home theater seating

We're looking to buy some seats and man is depressing to shop for this stuff Everything seems terrible quality but want your money Valencia seems to be the only player in town and that's because they are heavy in the marketing I've yet to see Valencia product reviewed by someone who is NOT affiliated This is quite alarming!

I bought 8 chairs all worked great I had an issue 4 years in (a few months ago) they were very helpful with how to repair it at home and sent replacement parts at a decent price

I have been researching theater seating with Valencia for a few months--have had a couple of quotes but was not ready to pull the trigger quite yet due to the price etc Right now I am trying to figure out standard seating vs XL version thus a conversation has been had with them about this Here is my main takeaway--I have found their customer service to be marginal at best--never get a hold of the same person and there seems to be ver little wiggle room No doubt there are other companies selling TS which I will research Bottom line for me is Atleast Pretend you want to work with me as a customer Great video

I’ve had seats for a couple years Have an issue with 2 of 7 control switches not working Have filled online forms and left multiple voicemails No one has ever picked up Very disappointed

i purchased 2 seats and had no issues communication was great - accessories arrived later after i contacted them again not an issue
