 That seems pretty dangerous doing mortgages like that However, it wasn't until you read that they'll be subject to rigorous underwriting by looking at on-time bill payments, rent etc that I felt a bit better about it So basically it's manual underwriting which actually isn't that risky in and of itself in my opinion It's just looking at the historical way people have handled payments and looking at income and cash I mean, people who have no credit score because they don't have any debt and don't use credit cards need manual underwriting Now it does surprise me that they aren't requiring any mortgage insurance It'll be interesting to see how this whole program works out Great video man

 In UK governments are trying to bring down inflation so they increase interest rates It makes it harder for first time buyers to purchase houses Its not uncommon for people here to spend more than ten years saving for a deposit LIKE 13#

 If I buy a house in cash, I'll have to only pay for taxes This would save me over 20k yearly But the same size condo's across the street were selling for 440k last year and today is 399k!!! Dropped lots more than 20k?!! So I'm winningbrWhen I see signs the real estate market is turning around, I will definitely buy But for now I'm happy I delayed
