That seems pretty dangerous doing mortgages like that However, it wasn't until you read that they'll be subject to rigorous underwriting by looking at on-time bill payments, rent etc that I felt a bit better about it So basically it's manual underwriting which actually isn't that risky in and of itself in my opinion It's just looking at the historical way people have handled payments and looking at income and cash I mean, people who have no credit score because they don't have any debt and don't use credit cards need manual underwriting Now it does surprise me that they aren't requiring any mortgage insurance It'll be interesting to see how this whole program works out Great video man Comment from : @CalebBaleFinance |
