Question 1 once the Foreclosure started and you got the cash a month/weeks later can you go to the lender and pay for the house out right?brQuestion 2 If the house goes into action and it goes over the what the lender was asking, goes the lender have to pay the borrower the different brMy neighbor house went into action from the city for 8k and it was sole for $117 the city gave my neighbor the difference after they take out their portion In short does a lender ie Banks have to do like the city in actions?
