How does this work in terms of Shared Ownership property? If I’m only buying and getting a mortgage on 50 and I have a 10 deposit on that 50 do I have a 90LTV or a 40 LTV?

This is super useful advice and not just for first time buyers When buying our second house we worked out that if we manage to get to 60 LTV the mortgage rates will be so much lower that we will be able to afford a yearly overpayment from the interest saving
