Do you have to put a earnest money down on each house you apply for or does it just go to one that goes to contract? For instance if I want to buy in Fort Myers, and I like a house, but Want to make sure I get a house,so I also want a backup house or two ready Incase the first house doesn't work out

My understanding is that sellers are being picky because of the market right now depending on location for example so many people are moving here to Nevada from California so the market has been hot right now, therefore they're rejecting VA loans is that something you've seen?

Hi you're doing amazing job useful information me and my family we've been watching your videos We have apply for home mortgage with Wells Fargo on July 24 get pre approval went under contract did the appraisal done with inspection we're almost about to close on our new home on September 9 we have submitted the w-2s for 1 year in the beginning they said they're ok with 1 year of w-2 underwriter called me yesterday saying they won't be able to approve our loan they need at least two years of w-2s I want to check with you if we can have a back up plan with you incase anything happens Can you please tell us is it ok to apply for home mortgage with 1 year of w-2sbrbrbrCan we change Lenders During Underwriting Process Before Closing?
