hello again i've commented a few times on this video (more than any other video) i just wanted to mention that i made this recipe in early autumn and set it aside a few months later it had become completely clear, and had a more mature flavor the flavor is very much akin to the fresh flavor, yet different - neither is better than the other but i wanted to mention that leaving it alone for a few months will make a different product the fresh product and the aged product are both to be enjoyed with different flavorsbrbrthank you AGAIN for this most amazing recipe!!

I think it's important to mention that it should not be just any alcohol 96 Alcohol 96 commonly sold in the supermarket bottles are not intended for consumption, as they are not purified and have side products in it's composition, such as methanol, which damages the nervous system and causes blindness Methanol can also be found in low quality alcoholic beverages and liquors, and has similar odor and appearance to ethanol, so do be careful everyone!

I am glad you said not to use the pith in the orange If you have orange peel with pith you can remove the bitter taste by boiling the peel in water for 10 minutes Repeat the process twice more The orange peel will now have lost its bitter taste
