Hi I made this with irish poitin instead of whisky It was lovely, but after 2 days, the cream became lumpy in the bottle Maybe I didn't fully dissolve the sugar? Or maybe it's because the cream was a bit warm (i waited 40 minutes) when mixed with the poitin? I really want to get it right as i have a large supply of poitin, and I want to make a big batch of this for presents for friends
