Hi I made this with irish poitin instead of whisky It was lovely, but after 2 days, the cream became lumpy in the bottle Maybe I didn't fully dissolve the sugar? Or maybe it's because the cream was a bit warm (i waited 40 minutes) when mixed with the poitin?
