I thought my child was slow because he kept walking out of class come to find out he was gifted he just adhd which was a relief his reading is very good his hand writing is ok but I believe he just rushes it

That seems counter intuitive that some one would need average or above average intelligence to be diagnosed with a learning disability I know the SSA a lot of times will look at someone's IQ as one of the factors in deciding if they are disabled

I’m 12, in grade 7 I have a feeling that I have a learning disability because first (I can’t tell time very well Second whenever my mom writes a equation I keep on forgetting Third I have trouble understanding basic concepts and like questions and understanding new topics quick)
