Dude, my eyes have never focused together I had a lazy eye operated on when I was a baby This never caused me to have a learning disability They would try and give me prisms to help get my eyes to focus together, but they could never get them right I was always an excellent student and have never run into problems learning anything Comment from : @robbiegleason4462

You can do this same test by yourself with a pencil Put the eraser on your nose and hold the tip with one finger Either pick a spot on the pencil to look at, or slide your gaze up and down the pencil I just did this, and it works Comment from : @sealed2mybff

How do I find a doctor in my area that specializes in developmental delays? My son is now 8yo and we have been through seeing a speech pathologist, hes been in OT for years, and in a second round of BH to help with impulse control He has one eye that drifts and his doctor said he would refer him to an optometrist but I don't think that'll help with the underlying problem Please help me because I'm desperately trying to help my son have the best possible future he can, but something is definitely a little different when it comes to his socializing and learning proper speech Comment from : @thatamychic3517
